Louis was a mediator that we used for a divorce case. His performance was fantastic. At first it seemed that the divide was too great to get a settle agreement. But after several hours, patience, and his natural calming affect, it happened. I couldn’t believe it. His prices are reasonable and he uses visual aides to help both parties understand what the heck is going on. Louis was the best mediator my firm has ever used and I definitely recommend/endorse him.

I came to this site to ride a review for this lawyer and found the review that mention the same experience that happened to me. Louis Tesser was friends with my ex-husbands attorney. I was wondering if it is the same attorney in my case, as it is in the annonimis review called “a different story”. When you first meet Mr. Teaser, he comes across as friendly and understanding. You will be impress with his credentials and experience, but the more time I expend with him, realized he didn’t have my best interest at heart. He was more interested in agreeing with my ex husbands attorney’s demands. He try to convinced me to give them what they were asking without protecting my rights. He shared financial information with my x's attorney. My private financial information sheets that I had drafted myself. The reason I know this is because I talk to my ex-husband’s attorney after a court day and a month after I had shared my financial sheets with Louis Tesser. I am discussing my financial situation with my ex-husband's attorney, he goes in to his file and pulls out my same exact color coded sheet I had given Mr. Tesser a month earlier. It was then that I realized I could not trust Mr. Tesser. This attorney is unethical and is more concern on how he makes money of you. I would not trust this attorney to defend anyone. it was a horrible experience to deal with this man. He insulted my decision of why I married my husband and told me I had to live with the consequences of my decision. I will run from this attorney and hired someone that you can trust.

I retained the services of Mr. Louis Tesser of the firm Kessler and Solomiany to represent me in divorce proceedings and the development of a parenting plan for my five year old daughter. I have a high regard for the professionalism of Mr. Tesser and his firm. My case was somewhat difficult as it involved relocation with my daughter to another state. Mr. Tesser helped me to achieve 100% of my "must-have" conditions, including relocation, and exceeded my expectations in achieving additional financial benefits for myself and my daughter. Mr. Tesser utilized the resources of the Kessler and Solomiany organization to provide a highly thought out, professional approach to each of the situational issues. Subsequent to the final divorce decree and relocation my ex continued to file frivolous claims against me which were all successfully defended by Mr. Tesser and resulted in the recovery of some damages. The only area of performance that prevented me from rating Mr. Tesser's services a five was response time to phone calls. Divorce and family court issues are highly emotionally charged and it can be difficult to wait for a response.

Louis has represented me in my current divorce. While divorce certainly is nothing I want to experience again, Louis was not only highly competent in ensuring the settlement outcome was in the best interest of myself and my children, but also was of great personal counsel while I was in the initial emotional state that such an event causes. He is a very proactive listener and was able to expertly take my concerns and key objectives from laymen terms to legal representation that protected not only my ability to have joint custody of my children as a Father with proper decision making authority, but also protect my interest to financially support myself and my children going forward. I would not hesitate to recommend Louis. I was referred to his firm by my personal attorney when the surprise of divorce surfaced. Should in the future my ex attempt modifications to our settlement, the first phone I will make will be to Louis.

I hired a different attorney at K&S. My case was assigned to Louis's paralegal. Having worked in law firms, that's very unusual. Louis showed up at a meeting and took over my case when a scheduling conflict occurred. It turned out that Louis was best friend's with my former husband's attorney. I had been "slammed". They travel together, go out to dinner as couples. . .While that wouldn't have bothered me, it was evident that my former husband knew things he shouldn't have known. Louis barely spoke at my hearings. He is very knowledgable and competent, his intentions are questionable. During the deposition of my former husband, Louis left so many questions unanswered, the deposition wasn't useful in getting to the bottom of the serious issues. I was compared to a Mack truck by the other attorney because Louis wasn't talking. Per my Order, I should have been awarded attorney's fees. Louis waited a day before the Motion was due, to return my calls, saying he didn't think it was a good idea, even though my settlement agreement specifically stated that I was due attorney's fees if I had to sue my x for non payment. It was a $36k call on his part that left me holding the bag. He said that my divorce was very "contentious". Contentious implies there's an issue on both sides. When your x husband is a bully, who uses his influence, money and friends. . to further the abuse, it's domestic abuse and harassment. Only a man would see it as contentious. . . when in fact, I was standing up for my rights and protecting my children. Louis is a nice guy, who is easily influenced and isn't as strong of a man or an attorney as I would want handling my matters. . .which is why I didn't hire him in the first place. If you are in a domestic abuse situation, hire an attorney who is well versed in the ways in which male and female former spouses can use the court systems to further the abuse. Then you won't have to fight your own battles.

Louis Tesser and Karen Lindberg his paralegal were a pleasure to work with. Professional, personable, knowledgeable and always accessible. I could not have wished for a better attorney and the experience. Thank you for all your help Louis and Karen.

My experience with Mr. Tesser has been outstanding. I was especially impressed with his understanding of how different personalities would be impacting my case.
