A couple of years i ago i got me self into some trouble (DUI Less Safe) out in Paulding county Ga. I took the case to trail and a jury found me guilty without any evidence of any wrong doing. Ms. Heinen picked up my case, got me temporary probation suspension while she appealed my case. Ms. Heinen was extremely passionate and very dedicated to me and my situation. And she presented a great case for me to receive a new trail. And although we where denied. I know without doubt that Ms. Heinen did everything possible to help me out. She always took my calls. She keep me up to date on everything that was going on. Both by phone,fax,email.....etc Ms. Heinen is a rarity in the legal world. Where most attorneys only care about the money. Ms. Heinen actually cared about me. I can not thank her enough for everything that she has done for me. And i would highly recommend her to anyone, any day. Thank you Ms. Heinen for all that you have done. And i wish you great success to come. You are truly wish you nothing but the best.

What they do on ur case you will come out cheaper doing it ur self i called faxed an did all the talking on my son case this firm never call you to let you know whats going on with ur case dnt return calls & if you dnt do what need to get done on ur case it wont get done just keep looking past this firm if you want to win

if you sign on with Cochran you are pretty much on your own..they would not so much as to make one phone call to the other insurance co to get my claims process started.good luck trying to reach an attorney..you go straight to voicemail an NO return call... these people are not your advocate ..they sign you up and wait on settlement..and they get annoyed if you ask them for help..both ,incompetent and lazy

Scott was a great lawyer from the moment I met him in his office, to discuss my case, on a holiday till the final result. Scott, along with all of his colleagues, were professional and helpful to my case. I hope you don't have to call Scott, but if you do he is a great lawyer.

I was charged with criminal trespassing and thought I would have it on my record forever. I am so glad I hired Scott! Not only did he get my case dismissed, but he cleared my record of any charges.
