I e only spoken to Steven, the lawyer, once to explain to him that it’s hard for me to answer the phone at work due to the cellphone policy. It’s easier to send me a text or an update in the app. However, I haven’t heard anything else. I’m hopeful that something will be done in my favor so I’m not stuck with a hospital bill that I didn’t want, nor cause to begin with.
