Strongly dissatisfied because my case was not taken based off what the lady suggested I wanted to do but I would have settled for for lesser legal actions.. basically she suggested I wanted to sue. Which if possible sure. But I would have settled for proving I wasn't liable

She interrupted me a lot and didn’t even want to hear the whole story. as soon as I mentioned monetary amount (it was less than 1000) she cut me off and said they can’t help.

No reason given on why my case couldn’t be taken by the firm. She essentially read the script off the computer but didn’t offer any explanation as to why or how my case is even evaluated. Is the dollar amount not enough for you? As a business owner looking for help against big business and franchisor’s, you are not a defender of local business owners in Orlando.
