Pleasant. But didnt like the outcome

Had an accident at the place that I love and then I realize extent of the damages. I have a hematoma I fractured nose amongst other things, and I’m disabled in the first place as soon as I realized in King, conscious one of the doctor suggested to me at Northside Hospital you need to call Morgan in the Morgan almost sounded like his old commercial and I did and this is the result is going to help me thank you Jesus I would never work with any other law firm, but Morgan and Morgan they came right on it the very next morning thank you Morgan and Morgan I can breathe a sigh of relief

So far, I am pleased with the provided service and really appreciate Morgan & Morgan for taking my case.

There were issues with communication and not receiving responses (via telephone or email) in a timely manner. It felt as though my case wasn't a priority, and whereas I felt that my case manager exhibited appropriate empathy/professionalism in our first couple of conversations, our final call seemed very distant... as though I had not spoken to her before and she wasn't sure who I was. I have since terminated service with Morgan & Morgan.
