Very disappointed by this firm. I was hit on vacation in georgia. Contacted morgan and morgan due to living in fl and all the great things Mr Morgan has done to help the people. I was assigned a case manager and lawyer. Case manager was never available even after someone reaching out several times. Only time I ever heard from lawyer was after I questioned her ethics and the fact I had over 20k in medical bills in just 3 short weeks. She called me to say they weren't taking the case haha. Nice way to say your basically racist since you wouldn't go after LE when the officer said he was chasing the car but backed off due to high speed, without eyes from the sky, but yet you can be the voice for NAACP. Kimberly Malone is not even close to good. Lazy communication skills, and lack of obtaining documents is unacceptable. Straight lying stating office doesn't handle tort law, when it shows on website you do. Horrible folks, did nothing for me but ran up medical then states your on your own....

Had a accident last year I’m august and I was paired with Morgan and Morgan this was going by smooth untill it was time to get paid they already got there money from the case but some how for 2 weeks now it’s been a problem printing and signing . My check YES PRINTING AND SIGHING MY CHECK!!!!! I don’t recommend them I still haven’t received my check

Sarah was always on the case from the very beginning. She not only took action, but she cared about how I was feeling. Great asset to your company and she does this over and over with other clients!

I Have problems trying yo speak Tiffany and Candace when I need to speak with them, then when Tiffany finally calls back ,I'm getting scolded for not giving her 24 hrs, to respond to me. somethings can't wait 24 hrs. most things only take few minutes to answer. I needed to speak with Tiffany or Candace., mercury insurance sent a some forms for me to fill out a few days ago, Candace just returning my call, so I explained to her about the papers that mercury was requesting that I fill out. Candace said do not send them back. I Said ok. Now mercury called me today saying that they have left 4 voice mails for Candace, I called wit no luck either. So I tried Tiffany now I have to wait 24 plus hrs. Hoping for a call back then try to remember all my questions. Maybe they are to busy for me , I thought that with both cell numbers I should be able to speak to someone, Can I please have someone that has time for me. Also I have another case and that Attorney is even worse So Morgan an Morgan never again for me. Maybe you guys, are to big for little guys like me if ever again I will go Loca sol that I can see them eye to eye.

Thus far I am pleased with the communication and response time working with my case manager. She is very professional and keeps me apprised of the development of my case.
