Complete lack of communication and/or care for my case. If I dont call them and complain I dont hear squat. Pretty much the oppisite of what their commercials advertise. I HIGHLY REGRET choosing Morgan and Morgan and I will let everyone I can know about this dreadful experience.

Erika has been so helpful explaining everything to me and keeping me in the loop with my case. She always makes me feel like my case matters. I know her and Steven have multiple cases besides mine but as a team I feel like I’m their only client. Even when things get quiet due to building the case or even through negotiations (which I’m still going through) she always reaches out and ask if I have any questions or need assistance. It’s always nice to hear her start the conversation with How are you feeling today?

really haven't spoken to anyone since this case started they set me up with this chiropractor and I see them twice a week and he has me set up to see the ortho on the 8th other than that there is no communication so I don't know what's going on

The attorneys helped my family with my grandmother's wrongful death case. The case was 7 years long and they never gave up and helped my family get through a hard time.

I have contacted case manager several times to get an update and I have not heard from her. I wouldn't recommend only because the 40% is higher than other companies. Taking more than the client receives is crazy.

My case manager explained what to expect. I am not understanding the process. Why do I have to do the leg work? I have been through this before and I did not have to do much if any leg work. I sometimes feel like I made a mistake, reaching out to this company.

I just spoke with Ireving and Luis in the consulation department. I was sexually assualted and wronful termination. They turned me down and did not even do a through evaulation. This is horrible serivce and the do not stand for what they say.

Although the process is still ongoing, I have no regret with changing my attorney to Morgan & Morgan. They are prompt to return calls/text and and was quick to start my process. I should have went with them from the beginning.
