Poor communication from case manager. When sending information, there's no reply identifying that information was received. When requesting a response from case manager, there's no response. Called the case manager and left a message to return call; no response. Information received from Morgan & Morgan request that you keep them up-to-date as things arises; attempted to do that, but no response/reply. I understand that the agency has numerous clients, but why can't the same vigor in obtaining the client on the front end be used/applied throughout the process? I just ask for mutual communication. Hopefully things will get better.

Long process. But was helpful in communicating, guiding, and counseling. The firm also advised, recommend, and used their resources to make me whole durning this process. I appreciate your help and time with me during this ordeal.

He doesn't seem very interested in my case. I've had to call him regarding setting up medical treatment as well as a letter from other party's insurance saying they were investigating liability in the case when they should be providing a rental car.

I am in the 'middle' of a case - however, I'm not happy with M&M because every since I've been with them for an accident in March - I have never talked to a case manager since hiring them April 19th '23. I was told in a Welcome letter that I would be called by a case manager within 2 - 3 business days to discuss all aspects of my case - Didn't/hasn't happened. Since April, I have been shifted to two "attorneys" and 3 "support: people - Gabrielle V., Mary Chris and now Leka L. Leka was very surley and acted like she was doing me a favor accepting my correspondence that I sent concerning my case - doctor's statements, info on my pain levels, etc. No one ever contacts me. Only Leka called me back and that was only after out terse conversation she called and gave me a perfunctory speech that M&M was working hard on my case. OK. Please do better on contacting your clients and making them feel OUR CASE MATTERS TOO. Is it asking too much to receive some type of correspondence at least biweekly? I know you all have millions of clients involving billions of dollars but I would still like an update please. You all asked for our opinions so here it is.

I am very disappointed with morgan&Morgan concerning my case I haven't heard anything back from my attorney regarding this matter I have spoken with 2 different field team members and no one has contacted me about this so I am thinking about moving forward! Again I am very disappointed!
