Don’t waste your time! Customer service at this law firm was horrible. Your phone calls regarding your case will not be responded to in a timely manner. It will take a very long time to receive any proceeds from your case. Please look into being represented by someone else.

It’s a great firm but pay out is too slow and the representation here is horrible with communication and connection about the case representation, was changed several times without my awareness as well as I didn’t even officially knew that they were representing me because I was told that they turned the keys down so for the price that I had to pay out to the farm I felt like it was too much for the way my particular case was handled

our case manager was calling us every other day now she won't call or return my text after she she she would call us back the next day the last time we talked, that's been almost 2 weeks ago haven't heard from her since

Only gave three stars because my case is in process. So far everything has been good, except for the status showing pending for over a week, and when I email I don't hear back, but I know they have multiple cases they work so that's to be expected. Will post update after everything is done
