Extremely terrible service, confusion and no follow up. Their commercials are false and do not represent who they are. There are much better law firms out there. Don't fall for the big name. Imagine dealing with the PAIN of working with them while you're IN PAIN from a traumatic event. Move on or you will be sorry. Just my thoughts.

The Morgan and Morgan team provide excellent customer service. They really listen to you when you call. If they are not in they will call you back. I do not feel I am just another case they seem to care about my injuries and well being. Mr Andre Odom-Baltazar is an excellent case manager he really cares.
