Have new case mangers never Receive the courtesy call still waiting on call about my cases !! Once again i have a new case manger and no one told me . i have called and left vms to get updates about my case and yet to have any answers . By far my Worst experience. Then its like im the one who was in the Accident and the one in pain and yet i have to still do leg work smh what is this world coming to #!!!

If there isn’t anything in it for them don’t even bother calling. Little effort to even do their part to find out their legal stance although they wanted the case want you to do all the legwork for them. They care all right,, but its only about the money they are billing for.

I reached out to Morgan and Morgan about 2 weeks ago now regarding my accident which was a not at fault Tbone accident , me as the victim. I was trying to handle the case on my own and figured out throughout the process it was a little more than I can handle. So I called them. Since I’ve called them I had to be the one to initiate the conversation regarding my case. Never spoke directly to my Attorney Hector Rojas Jr (which is disappointing) , but to his case manager” I told him I was facing eviction, along with many other things , one having a hard time getting to my appointments due to financial hardship because of this accident. And now the bills are piling up. It is now a week later and I still haven’t heard any progress being made, not from the “case manager” nor my alleged lawyer, I strongly suggest a clean up in your Atlanta office. My case name is under my legal name, which is, Letisha Driver , however I decline to have Morgan and Morgan represent me moving forward. It’s not a good feeling , feeling like your case or your present life doesn’t matter.

I’m not 1 to leave reviews, but nobody has ever made Me feel so unimportant ever, this “for the people” firm first of all We entrusted not only Me, but My husband, daughter, niece, and Mother-in-law were hit by another driver on Thanksgiving, and have had Our vehicle totaled, as well as ALL of Us had serious injuries some are still not recovered from, Our lawyer and case manager has been changed 3 times, at this point if you see this Morgan and Morgan PLEASE RELEASE US, it’s pointless, we can’t even get a call back, email, or nothing then the 3 times We did the lawyers and staff are still asking questions about the case they should know already, I see why people say only million dollar cases matter My daughter and My niece are minors and have to deal with these problems forever and this law firm just won’t show no effort at all, should of dealt with attorney directly, Morgan and Morgan just because some of Us are in a certain income bracket, or not involved in a truck wreck doesn’t mean we don’t matter, We trusted you to help, and you made us feel worst, you should be ashamed.

I don't leave reviews however the experience I had today was beyond me. I was hit by a driver she broke my arm and totaled my brand new car. I called these people thinking I'll be ok. Naw Im not! Im covered in hospital bills and being called daily. I never received communication and the 2 times I did. I initiated it! Today I received a call demanding that I pay for a medical bill or they will debit my account I called my lawyer today explained everything....he (Greg) the lawyer barely knew about the case asked me more questions which made me more mad. In the midst of me being upset about the constant collection calls....he told me that I called them and needed them...wow....I immediately moved my case. When somebody is trying to debit your account for a bill due to an accident before payday in a pandemic how the hell would you feel...and I handled this all at work stressed...Naw Im straight and Never again...!!!

MORGAN & MORGAN ARE "NOT" FOR THE PEOPLE. THEY ARE FOR THEMSELVES!!! I was in an accident on Jan 2, 2021. I told M&M of my back and wrist/arm injuries. They sent me to a chiropractor 3 times a week, but never dealt with my wrist/arm injury. My car was totaled and I had to be pulled from it. The injured wrist/arm was on the side where I was hit. They never tried to get x-rays or anything. They couldn't even find the police report, though I gave them all of the info. I had to get it myself and send to them. First, M&M NEVER responds to my calls. Brandy Thompson, in Columbus, is my attorney, though I'm in Atlanta. She has never once called to see how anything was going for me, but my wife, who has dealt with Montlick and Associates has someone call her nearly every week to check on her progress from an accident nearly 2 years ago. I can barely get Brandy to respond. When she does it's always excuses. One of her major excuses was the accounting department was down for 3 weeks. That happened just before my check was supposed to be cut. So, here's my timeline... *Jan-Mar - physical therapy *Mar-May - contact providers/insurances for payment (TWO WHOLE MONTHS) *May-Jun - entire accounting department went down for 3 weeks *Mid Jun - will receive specific amount before the end of the month *22 Jun - "So-called" new insurance surfaces *22 Jul - still no correspondence from new insurance *22 Jul - no idea when I'll get paid I finished my therapy in March. I was promised in mid June I'd receive a check for a specific amount by the 3rd week of June, but no later than the end of June. I kept calling and no one would respond. Finally, I was told that they "just found out" I had a different insurance that they didn't know about, BUT it's still the same insurance through Medicare with their advantage plan, so it's really no difference. Now I'm being given the run around again. Mind you, according to Brandy's notes she has only communicated with Medicare once since June. She does not follow up with her cases AT ALL! My wife got involved and started questioning Brandy. She wasn't consistent with her responses. She first said she sent Medicare a letter on July 9th. When my wife asked why did it take nearly one month for correspondence to go out, she quickly changed her answer and said that wasn't the 1st response, however, it was still more than 3 weeks since the first so-called response. M&M are liars and crooks. We doubt, after reading these reviews, that we will get the settlement quote we were told we would receive in June. We believe this is their way of scamming you to accept a lesser amount because at this point, you'll take anything. I've never seen anyone go through what I have gone through. As a retired veteran and retired federal employee who has served more than 40 years, I'm ashamed that I have been duped and taken advantage of in this way. I'm angry for the lack of interest of my well being and unprofessional, poor service that I have received. HOW IS THIS FOR THE PEOPLE?
