I would like to OPT OUT of the Bio Lab class action. I have been in touch with Morgan and Morgan about this. I just need confirmation regarding this matter.

I me and my husband explained to the intake person my situation with Workmans Compensation and was told my case was being referred out. The reason why I called Morgan and Morgan was because of the example they had with a bad lawyer handling their brothers case. I thought if I was having the same problem Morgan and Morgan would be able to help me. But instead I was told that they couldn't and the people that they were supposed to refer me to I've not heard from them as yet. My first initial contact with Morgan and Morgan was 09.27.2024. I'm was very disappointed knowing that they advertised one thing and doing someone else.

Hello My situation is my family has been effected by the toxic air. My granddaughter is having breathing congestion she attends daycare in old Town Conyers. I'm having asthmatic attacks and breathing problems. My husband is congested in the lungs and breaking out in hives and itching. My daughter and my Son complaining about it feels like something in their skin crawling in biting feelings and not doing well breathing😔

Had headache for about 10 hours. Took Tylenol 500 mg repeatedly. Eventually became nauseous. Had to shut off air conditioning causing overheating. Repeated 4:00 am phone warnings regarding disaster. Stuck at home for two days due to low hanging cloud of gases in area. Repeated phone warnings for days following incident. County should be reimbursed for additional expenses caused due to accident. Possibly close facility? Public health threat for elderly and others with respiratory problems and allergies. Caused excessive coughing.

Haven't experienced anything to share anything. My co worker was contacted but not me, now I don't even care.. which is why I don't contact lawyers.
