Tom and the entire team are very professional and quick to take care of any questions or issues that may arise. My case was handled carefully and in a timely manner, and the result of the hearing was the best possible outcome. I'd definitely recommend this team to others, and I know who to call in the future if I need more legal help. I was referred to Tom a few years ago before I could do anything about my situation, but he still talked to me and my family about what we could do in the future, and when the time came, we retained his services. You can tell he cares about the people he works with, and there have been several instances during the course of my case that only served to cement that sentiment further; such as taking a very urgent call over the weekend and giving us his personal cell just in case. The day of the hearing, he showed up to the courthouse early and came prepared. We talked about what to expect, so there were no surprises going into the courtroom. After the hearing was over, we talked about what to expect in the upcoming weeks, and he gave me a general timeline.

I had a great experience with this law firm Lafrances had gotten right on top of my case as soon as I got in the accident and with the help of my attorney Ashlan and the Case manager Ebony they made it easy to get to my doctors appointment along with my physical therapist and got me the money I needed to bounce back on to my feet. Andre Dennis was not who I needed him to be. I fell in a store and injured my neck, shoulder, lower back and hip. I called him the next day and he assured me he would take care of me. I was assigned to Collen, who had NEVER represented personal injury. He was a criminal atty 6yrs and new to personal injury. I then was assigned to atty Williams, I begged her to to keep my case. I never heard from her again. I spoke with Dennis, he stated he would take care of everything and call me back in 2 wks. It has been 3yrs and still haven't heard his voice again. I ran n2 an atty and she said I need to make sure they had filed everything èbcuz I only had 2yrs or I would loose out. I called and spoke with Jackie on the matter, she is saying I have another year when there were only 6months left. I'd call and call to speak with Dennis all to no avail. He went to get his covid shot, oh, he's out bcuz he had his covid vaccine, bla bla. I spoke with an atty who advised me to notify the firm I no longer desired his service. I had thousands of dollars in medical bills. I did have one surgery on my shoulder while under his firm. I lost out BIG time trying to support black BSNS. I've sense had surgery on my lower back from the fall. And will have surgery on my shoulder due to 3 tears from the fall. Thanks, The Dennis LAW firm for leaving me homeless for awhile and without monies I was definitely entitled to. I advise ANY and ALL who are seeking a personal injury atty to stay away from TV attorneys and seek a law firm that has been around for years with a GREAT reputation. God bless you all. Ridiculous, ridiculous. If I had any other word worser to use I would. Dealt with them over two years with my accident case. Jesssuuusss take the wheel!!! I spoke with about almost everybody employed at this place in regards to my case. One person was appointed. Another person was appointed. Another person was appointed. Different people tellling me different stories. Then it all came down to me dealing with Natalie. Little Ms. Attitude!! They advertise like they really care, AND DON’T!!! In the end they will get all the money , leaving the client with little to NOTHING!! Smh bad for business
