I am absolutely a fan of the Wilson P. C. They have been very professional and has helped me through the trauma of my car accident. I definitely recommend them to any and everyone. When the insurance company was trying to cut my rental short, the Wilson P.C. wasn’t having it. The best injury lawyers I’ve dealt with so far….

This has been the WORST experience I have received with any law firm. The lies, deceit, violation of trust/personal information and unprofessionalism is utterly distasteful. I regret doing business with DENNIS LAW FIRM. Dennis law firm “A firm that deceives, and that we believe.” First the lack of communication, the lies, then to find out they received my check since April since my accident in 2021 and were lying to me until I called them about it in October. Then they switched my “lawyer” to a “paralegal” acting as a lawyer. She apologized about the negligence and promised to conclude everything so I would receive my check. Three weeks later after checking for a proposed lein and negotiating hospital bills they’re convincing me to do direct deposit and they only do it in Fridays. I refused but stated I won’t get a check because only Andre Dennis writes checks and he was leaving for a family vacation. I obliged. Signed documentations then was told I would receive my ach by Friday or Monday the latest after thanksgiving. Friday comes. Nothing. I say okay it’s probably because of holiday. Monday morning. I called them they state it was sent on Monday. Wait but I thought you only did it Fridays. We will call you back. Then I called a few hours later after no response it’s now we sent it on Tuesday. Only to call my bank to do a high level search nothing was sent at all. Nothing pending. The receptionist apologized and said if it’s not in by tomorrow come in for a check. Nothing by Tuesday. I go into the office well it’s a huge building with many businesses within. They refused me entry as a client and had me sitting in the lobby. Can’t speak to Andre Dennis because now he went from a family trip to an emergency flight last minute due to a passing in his family…right. The security guards downstairs in the main lobby start to ask what’s going on. After explaining we were here to retrieve my check he calls them and said he will go upstairs to find out what’s going on. Then I receive a call saying I was wasting my time from a marquisha Reynolds acting attorney and I would be waiting for nothing with such attitude and aggression. I told her I was told to come into the office if I didn’t receive my ach. She was nasty and said said she would come downstairs to me. I told her yes I would love to speak to her. Fast forward the security guard comes downstairs with a folder opened with my personal information inside like my bank information and figures and personal information. Stating they said to sign this and i will get my check. This was unprofessional and I couldn’t believe they would give a stranger that’s not employed with them or handling my case my personal information. Then Imelda calls. Apologizing and trying to find out what happened. After being on the phone with her for over 30 minutes she said she spoke to attorney Andre Dennis and he promised I would receive a wire and he would handle it. Then marquisha acting attorney calls back with such aggression and unprofessionalism I had to remind her she was speaking to a client and not someone from outside. Then she ask for my wire information again so I call my bank for them to verify the same information they had for the 15th time. She said well the cut off was at 3 pm mind you I was waiting since 1 pm in the lobby. She said I would get it the following day. Now it’s the same game with them. This time they put a nonchalant receptionist to talk to me about notes on the account concerning ach deposit about where it is and when I will receive. I had to update her though I knew she already knew what was going on. Then she said she would place me on hold to find out what time I would receive my wire today before 3 pm. After 5 minutes on hold she hangs up. At this point I know they don’t have my funds. They either spent it among themselves or Andre dennis is using it to travel around. 99% of the individuals in the office are well aware of what’s going on and has no intentions of providing my settlement funds. Nicole is absolutely the best. For starters she doesn’t care the time or place if you call she’s gonna assist. She knows the law and does her best to help. If I ever need her again she’s on speed dial! 10/10 ✨

She always kept the channels of communication open, encouraged me to ask questions and keep her in the loop, and had the relationships and the expertise to manage my expectations in a way to keep me protected. She knows the law and is able to anticipate the preferences of the court. I found all that I needed in hiring her to represent me; an empathetic, listener in our conversations & a fiery, passionate advocate for me in the courtroom. That type of balance is really hard to come by, and there is not a time you need it more than when faced with a court case.
