I SWEAR TO TELL THE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH. I was represented by Attorney Dennis. RED FLAG; he doesn't speak to his client. NOT PROFESSIONAL- The Attorney and I appeared on a virtual mediation session and the court mediator asked "who is the Attorney?". I was wearing a jacket suit but the Attorney was wearing a T-shirt and baseball cap turned to the side. POOR QUALITY- The Attorney does not have the experience to win your case if it goes to trial. He is a one man band, not a firm. QUESTIONABLE ETHICS - The Attorney called me and said "the Judge wants to know if I can come in for trial "TODAY". After listening to the Judge, the Attorney was given the court trial date 3 weeks before but he called me the day before court trial to do a 30 minutes phone prep even though I acquired his service 3 years prior. POOR COMMUNICATION SKILL - Jacqueline denied their office was in receipt of my settlement check and told me to "GO AND CALL" the insurance company my self, I email her information from the insurance company proving that the check was sent to the Dennis Law Firm and she acknowledge that they in fact have the check, I was not able to get my settlement check until 3 MONTHS after they received the check. Do not buy into the TV AD. He will not fight, he is willing to settle for less. Had I taken his advise to settle, I would have walked away with half of what was awarded. IF YOU ARE HURT IN AN ACCIDENT LIKE I WAS AND DO NOT WANT TO THROW YOUR CASE AWAY, PLEASE HIRE A PROFESSIONAL LAW FIRM. If anyone from the Dennis Law Firm deny anything in this post, I WILL PROVIDE WRITTEN AND RECORDED EVIDENCE to prove otherwise.

First I would like to thank the Atlanta family law groups entire legal team for going above and beyond for me and my child. I am your standard lower middle class client. When faced with finding an attorney to fight for us and what I felt was in the best interest of my child I refused to cut corners. From the very first conversation with Dante I knew I had found the group to represent me, my first and final call for an attorney. I was nervous, anxious and scared but they eased all of the stress and this continued throughout my case. They were very upfront and honest about everything from pricing to the potential outcome of my case. They did not sugarcoat in order to gain me as a client and they held to their word. My case in particular ended up going to trial and Mr. Wetzler came to court to play ball. I have named him “The Beast”. It lasted a total of 15 minutes and upon finalizing everything an immediate weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could finally breathe knowing I did the very best for my child. Mr. Wetzler and the legal team were able to go above and beyond and get me sole legal/physical custody of my child and my divorce which is what I wanted, but wait they went above that and got child support and no visitation as an added bonus to give me peace of mind that I can fully protect my child and have all decision making abilities as I see to be in her best interest. Prior to acquiring the legal services of the Russ Firm, I was on law firm #4; essentially, I was dealing with negligence I assumed people got fired for. Unfortunately, I accepted this outcome as I developed the thought of my income, lack of notoriety, and/or case not being worth the time to these firms. The quality of service I received from my former lawyers was consistent enough for my thought to feel valid. I lost all faith in recovering what was lost - my income, my double bass, and money used to treat multiple acute disc herniations - from 3 not-at-fault car accidents. These firms ranged from those of prominence - empirically and solely based on ads - to personal recommendations. This man... Michael Russ... Completely restored my faith and eased my anxieties. During my consultation with Michael, and relative to previous consultation sessions from my former lawyers, he gave me a realistic and concise overview of what to expect and what was needed in order to proceed with the 1st accident. As a freelancer and gig worker who takes performance gigs for high profile events or content creation, I was relieved when he asked me to send him recent email and text feeds detailing the gig specifications. It was very calming that he had a solution to negotiate around freelancing and gig work as our income is not considered "consistent" income. He initiated conversations via email and phone to probe me to see if I had any more valid and tangible information to help with the case, including getting a second opinion from another physician. Once the demand was sent, he did not rest on it. I received calls and emails throughout the week (and on weekends!) with updates. These updates included the following: (1) call attempts to the medical facility to negotiate the price down; (2) call attempts to the insurance company to negotiate around their low ball offer "negotiated" by my former lawyer; (3) material and information that he found or that I need to send; (4) settlement distribution protocols; and, (5) call attempts to negotiate the lien award amount to my previous lawyer's firm. I could not appreciate this more. Even if nothing was progressing with the case during negotiation talks, it was comforting to receive a call/email from Michael with an update that attempts were made. I found the outcome of my first case very hilarious, actually - Michael closed my case, tripled my net take of the initial settlement offer while increasing the initial gross settlement offer by approximately 61%, and settled the lien dispute with my former law firm all before said law firm sent the dismissal letters for other 2 accidents. With all of this, I am very confident that my next two cases will have similar outcomes; and I hold that confidence towards anyone reading this who needs a lawyer that cares and is not looking for a manipulative payday.

Awesome law firm, helped my dad who was facing a life sentence come home after 8 long years. Extremely grateful especially with there being a pandemic and a number of factors they were able to help my family in a time of need!
