Andrea Pawlak seems to prioritize her own interests over the well-being of children caught in the crossfire of their feuding parents. There comes a time when one must prioritize the needs of others over one's own desires. Maybe she is a childless cat lady because the balance of the child's happiness who she ultimately is fighting for have seem to be forgotten.

Andrea Pawlak is one of the worst human beings on the planet. Not at one point did she place our child first. As Soon as the case was won by her client who is a complete narcissist and knew everything that they were doing not right and most of it was a lie. He went against the court order and went ahead and gave me my son 50% of the time and even let me travel with him. This is of course after he came to my house and made me have sex with him in order to be able to see my son and take him on vacation. This person, her client, also has a TPO against me and is suppose to be afraid of his life. I have multiple recordings of him at my house showing no such fear and even laughing and asking me to speak with him away from the cameras. Her client was constantly going behind her back and belittling her and saying that he did not agree with the things that she was doing. He would say none of it would make sense and he felt like it was a waste of time. He came up with an agreement with me that would share our child 50% of the time each. We came up with who would be final decision making, but we would have joint legal with everything. We made a calendar for our son who was with his father and his mother each 50% of the time. The calendars were made by her client in my home. They were agreed to. I spent hours writing the motion and revising the motion after he saw it and provided edits. But once Ms. Pawlak found out about this All of the sudden her client changed his mind. And not only that but then said that he was going to go against everything that we had agreed to it was not going to let me have my son 50% of the time. So now our son, who is seven years old and has been with his mother half the time and just started school is now going to not be able to to see his mother, and he doesn’t understand. This child has also expressed multiple times that he is scared of upsetting his father because he knows his father will take him away from his mother. And that is exactly what happened. And it seems to me that most of this is fueled by attorney Andrea Pawlak. She is terrible. Her client is a narcissist and cannot tell the truth to save his life. He lied multiple times under oath and she knows it. He is a police officer and was able to also use his power in that way. The child should come first no matter what and Ms Pawlak was never concerned about him. The agreement that her client made with myself at my home was the most fair agreement for our son. Yet, she won’t allow it. She is a terrible person. Her client would say multiple times how he hoped he would never have to speak to her again. He even agreed she was not a good person and she took the case too personal. He said many times that she was the one who put stuff in the paperwork and he didn’t agree with it. He said she told him that she did not like or get along w my attorney. This isn’t high school, it is a job. While I was on the stand she would make faces at me like a child.

Andrea Pawlak does not have the best interest of the child in mind. She is only concerned with how she can make money. I have watched her badger a client into making decisions that they otherwise would not have made just to make herself more money by continuing to drag the case on and NEVER agreeing to any kind of settlement. One child now needs therapy because of how she had her client dangle the child in front of the other parent and let the child go to said parents house and then pulled them back for no reason other than it wasn’t helping her case to allow it. Therefore, if your child’s well-being is your priority, DO NOT use Andrea Pawlak!

The worst mistake of my le,hiring this law firm.Never can talk with anybody.Receptionist ALWAYS says leave a message on the voicemail.Asked questions about my case and they rudely hangup on me,switching firms asap.never again

I have Bipolar Schitzoaffective Disorder and Couldnt work. I hired Brock and Stout in April 2022. That week in April I filed for disability on my own. They did not file for me. I went without the ability to work for 1 year and five months. My SSA benefits was denied on January 10th 2023. Brock and Stout did file my appeal. In September 2023, bills were mounting up and I was forced to reenter the workforce. It had been 9 months since my appeal. Now I'm working under the SSA set amounts, but am forced to seek higher wages. It is July 25th 2024 and 2 years and 2 months since I hired Brock and Stout and I have no SSA benefits. The Social Security website has my appeal in phase 3 of 5. Brock and Stout have proven to have no leverage to expedite my claim. I now have diabetes with a hole in my foot and a serious infection to accompany my Bipolar. Still no movement. It's been 2 years and 2 months. If you are considering Brock and Stout, I would tell you to take my word and reconsider your options. Attached is proof that I'm being honest with you. Sincerely Ronald C Kitchens
