I’d definitely recommend Robert James as an attorney. He has represented me and my family in multiple civil matters and has always been there when we needed him. His staff is amazing as well very professional and personable.

I hired Harry for a SLAM DUNK civil case in which I was STRONGLY encouraged to settle instead of fight because he thought he could still lose. He brought not yet partner Mr James in (a trial lawyer i never met and that never even went to trial but I still had to pay??? Two lawyers? That over 33.3%? ) They received high profile news coverage for a 2nd story on my case after my 1st criminal lawyers got the case easly dismissed and the judge apologized on camera. Slam dunk.... I was not satisfied at all. But you deal with the devil you know so; I reached out for counsel 2 years later for a DUI charge that I GOT DISMISSED BY MYSELF. The city courts took me to court 9 times for one charge. I had video, paper work, and already won In state and city court. Initially Harry said he would rep me but then later when the case was dismissed I constantly called his office with promises he would call back but nothing. He 1st said he knew someone that would charge me $10,000 for the job I did myself. Considering counsel? I suggest, keep looking.

Great law firm

Wish I could give less. I resent hiring Robert James to defend my mom. She was innocent and this being the former District Attorney, he literally took her money and did nothing for her. He didn’t even defend her and let the prosecutor GIVE him what they wanted. It was such an unfortunate time for my family and we trusted this useless “attorney”. Please stay away from him and I wish I would have known because I know for sure the outcome would have been different had I retained someone else

I am not a client of Daniels & James, but I can speak on a personal level about Robert James integrity, honesty & loyalty. I know if I ever need a lawyer I would not hesitate to use Daniels and James Law firm.
