It is very disappointing that my attorney missed important court dates or showed up late. As a result of sheer negligence my case, is now scheduled for trial on October 2nd. Most importantly, my attorney refused to come up with a defense and did not negotiate a deal with the prosecutor. This type of legal malpractice is totally unacceptable and clearly in violation of statues contained in the bar.
