Over a year ago my son was hit from behind by a Metro bus, in Atlanta. on his way to work. His friend who came to the scene immediately contacted K&P. After speaking briefly to my son while waiting on the ambulance they assured him they would help him. Someone met him at the hospital as well as came to his home after he was discharged. They started the process of recovery by helping him set up his medical needs, car repairs and legal needs. A few days after my son was ready to start the settlement process, some one broke into his home and upon encountering him they murdered him. He was my only son. My son left behind his only child ,his 5 year old son. I wanted to make sure that my grandson received everything that was rightfully his, so I pursued his case with K&P. I must say at first I was very dissatisfied with the services I was or should I say was not receiving. It was heartbreaking and very frustrating, dealing with the loss and trying to get someone to just help me bring this case to closure. Finally I was directed to an amazing lady Keishla Gonzalez, who immediately put all my fears to rest.. She assured me that she would do her best to make sure she and the Firm handle my son's settlement painlessly and as quickly as possible. She treated me as a human. Keishla infomed me that if I needed anything the best and fasted way was email. When I say she kept her word YES! she did. Every time I emailed her she emailed me back with answers that I needed and not just some mumble jumble put you off stuff. I must say she turned my whole experience around with K&P, as well as got me more money than the original settlement. I am very pleased and thankful. Now that the case is settled I will miss her, I feel like I found a friend in this wonderful lady. Now I can and will recommend K&P to others. They just need to have more Keishla that treat people as human and not numbers. I am now awaiting my check to come in the mail within the next few weeks, because Keishla ensured me and has never let me down once I believe its coming. I want to say thank you to K&P for helping first my son then me and my grandson. I only hope now we receive the Check before Christmas BH
