I must say that I am one of many satisfied client of K&P. I first was uncertain about my future with them, but their team of qualified professionals excellent customer service. My case manager Ms. Forbes got on my case and kept me informed answering all my questions accurately and made sure to explain the process in my case in detail. She promptly responded to every and all my emails and with each one I was kept updated in real time. She has done an awesome job with my case and I would recommend her services to anyone needing them. I thank you Ms. Michelle Forbes for checking on my well-being in making sure that I was in a good place and not just compensated. Thank you K&P for having someone like her apart of your team. NOT RECOMMENDED! I had an accident that was not my fault, throughout the process the person in charge of the vehicle damage did not take the initiative to call the insurance, ask how everything was going, what was happening with the claim. You will be alone the entire process so you don't need them. Even after 2 months I am still in the process which was delayed not only by the insurance but also by this law company. I have been waiting 3 days for the supervisor to call me to advise me and tell me what is the best option with the settlement that the insurance sent. I have not received any response because apparently the person who was in charge no longer works for this company. Apparently only one person knows how to "do" things because the others say that it is not their department so they cannot give information about it. YOU DO NOT NEED THESE LAWYERS, YOU WILL BE ALONE THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. (DAMAGES TO THE VEHICLE.)

I really like this law firm , they cared for me like Im there own . This was a lengthy process but they keep me updated everytime they get new info on my case . Even fought harder to get me more money. Mr. Jaymes was a great guy with great service, if you ever need a law firm you can depend on go to them!

Michelle Forbes has been very helpful and informative throughout this whole process. She always stayed in touch and communicated everything that has been going on with my case. Although, it has been a very long process.

It was a long process but when they assigned Faby Chataigne she have been nothing but helpful throughout this process...she kept me updated and never left me out of anything that was going on throughout my case

My experience with this law firm was incredibly disturbing. Two women contacted me in different occasions claiming to be part of this law firm and used unethical and inappropriate tactics, including hitting on male clients to gain business. This unprofessional and exploitative behavior is the reason I am making this post. Such actions reflect poorly on their integrity and raise serious ethical concerns. I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Horrible I’ve had 2 cases with this company and both times they didn’t fight for my best interest. They did just enough so they can get paid and close the case
