I have had the overall pleasure of working with K&P about 3 times now for car accidents and I would say each time has been pretty good. This most recent case was a bit more taxing because there were multiple ppl in the car and the person that hit us was uninsured. That brought on a level of stress and confusion since the traditional process of the suit had changed. My initial case manager was not the greatest so for a second , I was not very happy with K&P .. but then the angel that is Michelle Forbes took over and I instantly felt at ease. Even tho she wasn’t my direct case manager, once I expressed my frustrations, she sprang into action and got me the answers I needed. Things really started to move along. I began to feel confident in my case again and things swiftly wrapped up. K&P are so fortunate to have such an asset on their team. I want to publicly thank you Michelle for your care and consistency! Even through my frustrations, she remained calm and always followed up on her word. I wish you nothing but the best and upward growth in your career!

Absolutely atrocious experience dealing with this law firm. Every attempt to reach them by phone ends in frustration as they will answer, ask what you need, put you on hold for 5 minutes then hang up. I deal with other law offices on a daily basis, and I have never had such a hard time getting case manager information or a fax number. Very unprofessional.

I've used this company before. Never had an issue until now. Little or no communication with my attorney. Case was settled, and I still have not heard from my lawyer. Different case managers with monthly turnover. If the settlement has been agreed upon, why the delay in closing the case?
