Worst Law firm I’ve ever gone through. Haven’t heard a single update about my case at all. Every time I look up I have a new case manager. Been almost 2 years on a case that I’ve seen other firms take a year or least to complete. Overall terrible experience

Sebastian Alexandre did an excellent job handling the property damage portion of my case. Anytime I reached out to him, he answered or returned my calls promptly. My case was delayed a bit because the officer put the wrong car on my accident report. Sebastian dug into the situation to insure that all of the information was corrected and handled properly so that we could move on to the next phase of my case.

Worst communication. I would choose a company locally, somewhere you can walk in to and check. My husband can’t reach his lawyer EVER. It’s been a year. We heard from them in November that we won the case and haven’t heard from them since. Nothing but unanswered emails and voicemails.
After my own research I discovered that a medical bill was paid that they said they were waiting on. Now we feel played. And I shouldn’t have to do the research to find that. I’m not the lawyer. Still no returned calls. It’s frustrating.
