These people are crooks!! Since October 2023 have not spoken o 1 attorney!! They work with the chiropractor to scamm you out your settlement. We settled for 50K & getting under 20K. We have asked to speak to an attorney 1000 times to no avail. The chiropractor asked my husband if he wanted a shot in his spine, he said no & they changed him $700.00!! We can't get any understanding or speak to anyone but assistants

This is a repost...because we were told to delete this post or it could effect the outcome of our case. Which i think is unethical,. DO Not use this law firm. It took over 2 years since my wife's accident for closure. They stall you out just to charge a more higher legal fee then expect you to settle for an amount that not worthy for pain and suffering. Uma Rodriguez is a joke. Towards the end of your case they turn your file over to some slick talking ambulance chaser. Felt like being scram by the wolf on Wall Street. Wast of time with Kanner &Pintaluga. They took over $80,000 in legal fees. Very disappointed.

I am dissatisfied with K&P. Starting that these people only care for their money. Only person that I don’t have complaints for is Noah, and Taylor Gibson. They actually tried to help me unlike other managers in other departments such as Ivan, Chloe, and Dominique. I waited months to hear a response from Dominique. But I didn’t get no response or anything. I was ignored for months, and it was because she was going through maternity which is pretty understandable. Whatsoever I called the offices of K&P to change my manager and they would tell me that it’s not possible to do so. Apart from that, these people don’t negotiate with you and just suppose you are satisfied with the amount. I got a certain amount and after talking with them they gave an extra 1k. They are supposed to talk the amount and see if you are satisfied. They are supposed to put you as top priority as a client. Something they did not do. My sister is also in the case. She already signed the document, now the only thing she is waiting is for her check and it has been a month already. Highly dissatisfied 👎🏼. If I would’ve known the process would’ve been this slow and treated with low respect I would’ve chose another lawyer. Avoid them at all cost.

Ciera Burrows was very nice to work with. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and she worked in a timely manner. She might be the best. The overall experience with Kanner & Pintaluga was easy and effortless. If needed, I would work with them again.
