I am an experienced real estate agent, investor, and entrepreuner. Here is a summary of my experience as a purchaser closing a property with McMichael and Gray: 1. The purchase and sales contract contained the language "warranty deed" as the type of deed that would be provided. I confirmed with Steven White (at the Stockbridge office of McMichael and Gray) and with another real estate attorney that the legal interpretation of this is "General Warranty Deed". 2. At the closing table after all documents were signed I was given a Limited Warranty Deed, which is not the same thing. 3. After confronting the lawyer Katie Fish and Steven White (by phone) about this discrepancy at the closing table their response was simply that they "just do limited warranty deeds." The job of an attorney is to make preparations according to the language of the contract. Failure to do so, in my opinion, is negligence bordering incompetence. The argument that something is commonly done a certain way is NOT AN EXCUSE.

Can't say enough good about Joel Williams, he has been nothing but professional, thorough, and a superior litigator. He is able to be both tough and persistent and compassionate and patient as needed in my case. I have never been a litigious person and legal proceedings make me uncomfortable to say the least but I could not have found a better person to work with and fight for me.

These guys were excellent. They gave me great advice and kept me focused and I was not nickel and dimed like my first attorney did. I hired Naggiar & Sarif after I realized my first attorney was just passing me off to his associates. When we were scheduled to have a status conference I was told the lawyer I had thought I'd hired was unavailable. So much for having "the best divorce attorney" in Atlanta. So I hired Naggiar & Sarif instead. Danny and David were both smart, responsive, and got the big picture. Hopefully I won't need their help again but I'm glad I know how to reach them if I ever do.

I had an extremely contentious and complex divorce and fired my first lawyer to hire the attorneys at Naggiar & Sarif. The firm came highly recommended and I wish I had started with them as they were true professionals and worth every penny. They’ve actually changed the way I view attorneys (for the better). My first attorney didn’t seem to understand the custody aspects and financial parts of my case but David and Danny got it immediately. They were aggressive when necessary, kept me focused, were very responsive, and I felt like they were with me every step of the way through a very difficult time in my life. I expect my ex to file a modification eventually, but believe they have put me in a great position because they were already anticipating the next lawsuit from her.
