I am so glad that I found Joel Thrift to represent me in my SSDI case. For starters, both he and his office staff (I worked with Justin) were incredibly responsive and competent. From the onset I felt that I had found someone who I could communicate well with and who was right on target with my own personal concerns related to my case. My very favorite part of working with Joel Thrift is that when I called the office, I was always able to talk to a person, and I ALWAYS received answers to my questions. Also, Joel’s office often called me with status on my case, constantly making sure all paperwork was in order and that nothing had changed or needed updated. I always felt they were on it! The Lyman firm handled my car accident suit with great expertise and eliminated much stress related to the incident for myself and my family. When my 2 year old son developed epilepsy as a result of the accident, they never failed to check in on him and had recommendations for great doctors. During the law suit I was hit by another car (on the way to a meeting with the firm, ironically) and they were fantastic with helping that insurance company move quickly to fix my car, charging no additional fees with that. The Lyman firm fought hard for me and when I thought they couldn't fight any harder they did. They got the most out of my personal injury possible and handled all of my thoughts and concerns about the process in a timely manner so I knew what was going on. I thought they were too good and eventually would drop the ball but they did not and they continued to impress me. The Lyman firm settled my case well above what the insurance company was offering, when they told us they had a serious offer but did not. Thomas Lyman knew instantly what to do each step and John was great at communicating every step. John was a great listener and is a caring man just like Thomas. That is exactly what you can expect. John was there for me as I was going through alot and although he didn't have to listen, he did, and was more than just doing his job when he was hearing my concerns about life and talking reasonably to me to make me feel better. When the insurance company was not offering as much as they should, Thomas made sure to call them out and continued to fight to get the most he could for me. He sent me home and said I'll call you back in 2 weeks and he did with more money. John and Thomas along with everyone at this firm will treat you like family, make sure they maximize results, and will be there for you during and after they conclude your case. I was pleseantly surprised by everything they have done. I highly recommend the Lyman firm. I've had other experiences with lawyers that were terrible but the Lyman firm shows the best side of the lawyering profession and that they care and their actions are pounder than their words! We all know talk is cheap, but a lawyer that proves themselves by actions is what you want and exactly what you will get at the Lyman firm. The Lyman firm is a representation of some of the finest in the business! If you call them with any concerns, they will get back to you. They will go the distance and hold themselves to high standards. They really care about you and take the time to do everything to win for you and don't talk big but they win big!!! I'd do it all over again with the Lyman firm because I believe they would do their best again for me.

I had been denied disability by Social Security. I hired Joel for my appeal. Joel handles all of the documentation for the appeals, obtaining doctor's documentation and creating exhibits for the trial. Joel and his team guide you throughout the entire process. We won our court case and I very grateful to Joel and his staff and you will be too if you hire him.

MIKE WENT AGAINST THE DOCTOR THAT ALLOWED MY LATE WIFE TO DIE WITHOUT CAUSE IN 2002 AND HE PAID DEARLY (THAT IS HIS INSURANCE COMPANY) THE MONEY WAS GREAT BUT I WISH MY WIFE WAS STILL HERE.....I MISS HER MOST DAYS
