Very welcoming and happy to help me! I was a bit overwhelmed with what next steps I needed to take with my case, or if I even had one. Tyler provided me with great customer service, walked me through what I needed for my case, & answered all my questions. I found Tyler to be friendly and super knowledgeable. Absolutely blown away with this firm. Extremely professional and easy going. These gentlemen treat you truly like a friend rather than a client. In terms of their performance, excellent. They got me four times more than what the insurance company was offering which is what I felt was truly what the case was worth. No one wants to be involved with legal services, no matter what end of it your on. But The Lyman Firm will make the whole process easy and and a pleasure to work with. I needed a lawyer to assist me with my son's (2 boys) SSI (disability) cases. My oldest son was 8 years old and my youngest son was 4 years old. Unfortunately, they were both diagnosed with the same disability. At the time, I struggled with finding a firm that handles SSI (disability) cases for children. I was turned down left and right but the fighter in me NEVER gives up so I kept looking...Fortunately, I was referred to the Joel Thrift Law firm. We met at his office for my initial consultation and he was very professional and agreed to take both of my boy's cases. We worked on my eldest sons case first, since my youngest son case was at a standstill. After much hard work, communication, updates, etc. we went to court (pre-pandemic) and HE WON THE CASE FOR MY SON!! It was a great feeling just to know that my lawyer had my back and worked diligently to provide me and my family with a win!! My second son's case was 4 years old at the time of my initial sons win. After being denied for disability due to a very rare illness I contacted Joel thrift who fought very hard to change my life. I was afraid that due to my illness I might lose everything I have worked so hard for. He's very nice, professional, and personable. I received Christmas cards, and updates every step of the way and would Definitely recommend him to anyone suffering unjustly.
