I am so happy to be the first of many positive reviews to come for Melissa! I have had a string of terrible attorneys that has cost me THOUSANDS of dollars. As a single mother I am probably going to be in debt for the rest of my life because of these terrible lawyers that have drained me of every penny. I am happy to say Melissa was not one of those attorneys. She took my case at the very last minute. Worked day and night to get up to speed with what was going on with my case. Talked or text me almost everyday to talk about her thoughts and options on my case. She even text me on a Sunday. She was honest, smart and relentless. She did everything in her power to keep the cost down without jeopardizing the quality of her work. She was in an amazing negotiator and saved me thousands of dollars. The most important thing was she help me keep my daughter. Which is priceless. Anyone that is in family court knows how important the outcome is on these type of cases. I hired Danny to represent me in a contested child custody case that lasted a year and a half and went all the way to trial. Danny was perfect throughout the process. Every single bit of advice that he gave me paid off at the end. It was as if he was playing chess while everyone else was playing checkers. There was much adversity to overcome in my case, but Danny never reacted negatively and was always three or four steps ahead of everyone else. When the case was finally heard, Danny's experience, preparation and temperament were on full display. If your case does have to go in front of a judge (and I can tell you that Danny will do everything he can to resolve it before it gets to that point), Danny is the guy you want representing you. Aside from being an excellent attorney, Danny is a great mentor and psychologist. The whole process is extremely stressful, and Danny counseled me along the way, not letting me get too down in the dumps... but at the same time not letting me get too positive when things seemed like they were going well. At the end of the day, Danny and David were able to get the best possible outcome in my case. I cannot recommend these guys enough, and I hope that everyone reading this will give them a chance to represent them.

I am an experienced real estate agent, investor, and entrepreuner. Here is a summary of my experience as a purchaser closing a property with McMichael and Gray: 1. The purchase and sales contract contained the language "warranty deed" as the type of deed that would be provided. I confirmed with Steven White (at the Stockbridge office of McMichael and Gray) and with another real estate attorney that the legal interpretation of this is "General Warranty Deed". 2. At the closing table after all documents were signed I was given a Limited Warranty Deed, which is not the same thing. 3. After confronting the lawyer Katie Fish and Steven White (by phone) about this discrepancy at the closing table their response was simply that they "just do limited warranty deeds." The job of an attorney is to make preparations according to the language of the contract. Failure to do so, in my opinion, is negligence bordering incompetence. The argument that something is commonly done a certain way is NOT AN EXCUSE.

Danny and his team were the perfect choice to handle my case. There were a number of critical decisions I had to make quickly and Danny’s advice was spot on. This was my first experience working with an attorney and Danny made it very comfortable. He is very professional, sincere, patient and will take time to make sure you understand all of the implications of the choices you make. After careful research, our selection of Danny Naggiar proved to be the right one from the first consultation to the resolution of the last issue in our case. We brought a unique situation to Danny that prompted a description of ‘unchartered waters’ as we progressed through the many landmines of our journey. Compassion, communication and competence proved to be the foundation of representation from both Danny and his associate, Cheyayn.
