Have now used Campbell & Brannon for two closings, and found to be a bit of a mortgage factory. I understand there's a market for that, but think everyone should be aware of what they're paying for. Never spoke to an attorney before the closings, and at the closing the attorney was not even aware of any of the special circumstances of our purchase despite specifically informing them of it ahead of time. If you have a cookie cutter purchase, the service is efficient and friendly, but if you're actually looking for a lawyer to carefully review your case and walk you through everything I recommend you look elsewhere. That said, everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful, and despite an incredibly busy office they were able to get through everyone in a timely manner.
