We closed with this company today 12/14/18. Our experience was amazing. As Real Estate Agents normally closings take quite a long time, information is not explained correctly, and there’s always last minute mistakes. However at this Campbell & Brannon things ran very smoothly. We close on a Condo we listed and were in and out Successfully in 35 minutes. The attorney Whit, Cheri and Melissa were all a pleasure to work with. Thank you so much for allowing our clients have a smooth closing. Did a great job on my son’s condo closing. Great staff - especially Justice (yes, Justice works there at an attorneys office!). They made the process easy and not as stressful as I remember my first closing! They were more than prepared and closing went smoothly and fast. They have followed up on items on taxes that they promised they would at August closing - highly recommend.
