Stellar client service makes the closing experience truly special for all parties. Trent Duke did a fantastic job—we wrapped up in about 30 minutes. Campbell & Brannon continues to develop tools to help agents stay up-to-date with their transactions, like the new text bot (Cbee). American Law gave me the most terrible experience. I called several time to check on my case and the paralegals seem not to happy about it. Everytime I call, they either not pick up the phone or answered my calls with disrespectful attitude. They close my case without notify me first, they did not treat me well. I wasted so much time going to this firm. So lucky, I have found a more experience firm willing to help my case when it almost time for statute of limitation.
