I sought legal guidance for my father when a problem developed with the GADOT concerning the condemnation of my family home. I knew the reputation of Charles Ruffin to be stellar in representing his clients in eminent domain battles. Mr. Ruffin was very kind, dealing with my elderly father, while gathering information from my father concerning his dealings with various representative’s & employees of the DOT.
