It is with sincere appreciation our family would like thank Kate Hughes for the outstanding job she did representing my mother in an elder abuse case involving a senior living facility. Kate is my hero! My mother was abused in a nursing home, but because she wasn't "injured" other lawyers said they wouldn't take the case. I had all but given up hope. Kate said she would personally investigate my case. I almost fainted when she told me she had a settlement offer from the nursing home, but more important to me than anything in the world, she got the nursing home to admit they did something wrong. My family struggled with the nursing home's denials ever since this awful thing happened. Now I have peace of mind. Thank you again Kate.

I missed work and had medical bills from a car accident. Kate was really nice and explained how everything worked with the insurance company because she used to work as an attorney for the insurance company. She did all the work and gathered all the information needed and was able to get me money and everything paid without even going to court. Even if she was busy she always answered my calls and e-mails and was very patient with me. I highly recommend!
