Amanda is an excellent attorney! I made a major mistake when I was in the middle of a custody case! Amanda genuinely cared about my situation and was 100% invested in my success. Admittedly, my case seemed pretty bleak at first, and I anticipated that I would have the book thrown at me. But she was able to advise me on what exactly I needed to accomplish in order to mitigate the severity of my case. In the end, with lots of hard work and Amanda on my side, a plea was agreed upon that was certainly better than I could have hoped for (or even imaged). For this, I'll always be thankful!

Richard Rice represented me in a wire fraud case where funds from my account were illegally withdrawn from my checking account by a third party and send to another bank. The receiving bank, upon notification, did, hold my funds but was unwilling to return said funds to me in a timely manner. Richard stepped in and was able to have the receiving bank return my funds, which the receiptant bank had been holding for some time, the next day after being notified by Richard that the bank was illegally holding my funds. Richard was recommended to me by an attorney friend who whose colleague had been on the 'other side' in a legal action and was very impressed with the manner in which Richard handled his client's case. Richard’s attention to my case resulted in the immediate release of my funds.

Richard was fantastic from the first call on. I had some serious criminal charges against me that likely would have cost me my job as well as jail time. His calm demeanor made me feel as comfortable as possible during what would normally be a very stressful time. First of all my case was handled with the utmost care. I needed to respond to the civil forfeiture complaint within a few days and Richard was able to accomplish this for me successfully. I reach out to Atty. Rice probably (3) weeks before my trial would start, my situation was very serious, His knowledge base as Federal Prosecutor I think made my situation and outcome a lot better. He is very detail and also communicate in terms where a non legal person can understand.
