I can't say enough how poor of family law firm this is. In my experience, Kelly Schiffer is an incompetent and frankly, unpleasant family law attorney. My case was handled in a way to her benefit ... lots of billable hours, little results. Don't waste your money on this Buckhead family law firm - Kelly Schiffer and the shysters at Levine Smith Snider & Wilson aren't worth it.

I can not say enough about how great this firm is. Super professional and very responsive to any questions I had. My team of Kelly, Tammy and Lori were absolutely amazing. My case was handled and finalized within weeks. I was surprised by how quickly everything progressed. I would recommend them to anyone with confidence!!

In my experience, Levine Smith Snider & Wilson and Kelly Schiffer are the polar opposite of "amazing" and "great". Kelly Schiffer lacked attention to detail to my case and threatened to drop my case when I had questions about the firm and her approach. Atlanta family law firms such as Levine Smith Snider & Wilson know they will not be held accountable for how they treat clients. Do yourself, your family, and your bank account a favor ... avoid this group like the COVID-19 virus.

I went to Kelly Schiffer when I first considered divorce as an option. I sat in her office emotionally overwhelmed with the trauma of my marriage, and with the burden of leaving it behind to begin living again. Kelly's strength, clarity and authentic listening, undergirded by her compassion, was deeply calming and reassuring. Transparently, I must report, I did not go with her services because I was so concerned about up front costs, that I felt I should settle for a lawyer that charged less. That was an unfortunate miscalculation on my part; "penny wise and pound foolish" is an old adage that applies here. Don't make my mistake and think you are saving money. What you will gain with Kelly is priceless: peace of mind. Having Kelly Schiffer as my representative would have been, I think less costly in the end because, I still ended up going to her, after the divorce was finalized, to address the nonsense and turmoil the ex continued to try to create in my family's life. Kelly always made herself available to me within the same day, sometimes immediately, when I emailed her. She continually showed up to defend my case even when the ex wasn't showing up to court dates. I have always regretted not choosing her initially, and she is the lawyer I recommend when others have reached out to me for reliable and thorough representation. I had such a positive experience working with Levine Smith Snider & Wilson, LLC. specifically with Kelly Schiffer (partner) as my counsel as I navigated through my divorce. Kelly is extremely professional, very methodical and straightforward, yet she took the time needed to get to know me and to know what my goals were with divorce proceedings. Kelly successfully guided me through a divorce via mediation alleviating the need for complicated court proceedings. Even after my divorce was successfully finalized, Kelly has continued to provide guidance when needed. I am so glad that I chose to use Kelly as my lawyer and would highly recommend her to others in need of representation during complicated divorce.

Kelly Schiffer represented me in a a divorce that was contentious from the outset. The opposing side was intent on finding a way to circumvent the existing and valid Pre-Nuptial Agreement. I am an attorney and had referred clients to Kelly Schiffer and Jonathan Levine for years, all to return to me with glowing reviews. When it became time for my own divorce, there was no question who I would turn to. Kelly Schiffer agreed to take me on and, from the first minute of our discussion, she was everything a divorce attorney should be: caring, compassionate, sympathetic, smart, organized, thoughtful and determined to help me go through an unpleasant time in my life with the least amount of pain and anguish. Her advocacy for me never wavered, but it was clear that any argument she put forth was only for my interest. Some attorneys will purposefully become argumentative in order to stoke the fire and keep extra legal fees rolling in. It was clear that Kelly's goal was to quickly, efficiently and reasonably help me to get divorced. After the divorce was final, I had to turn to Kelly from time to time with questions relating to my agreement and her door was always open. I will be forever grateful to this amazing woman who opened the door for me to have a fresh beginning and I love her as an attorney, as a person and as a dear friend who I will always treasure and whose counsel I will always seek and respect.

Kelly Schiffer helped us with our divorce in 2015. She was actually representing my ex-husband, but the experience was amazing! Kelly was fair, so professional and responded to us almost immediately. I am an Atlanta Realtor and used McMichael & Gray, PC (not my preferred organization) but I will say the overall professionalism was fair. My clients and I believe in an equitable approach from attorney to signee. Our associate attorney (Bich Tran) was not at all friendly, thorough or attentive. The job is done when it’s done, and the same level of service should be exemplified until the end. The final opportunity of improvement was a post-closing photo for my clients, as they were rightfully excited with the completion of document signing. The response from Bich was “I can not touch your phone; its Covid”. ...there were over 100 pages exchanged from Bich to [both] clients; hand to hand, and the buyers were taken aback at the response. Spilled milk at this point, but will urge another law office for future transactions. 2 stars is most suitable :)

I would not recommend this family law firm. I had the misfortune of hiring Kelly Schiffer to pursue a contempt petition on my behalf. I found her to be unorganized, she cancelled and rescheduled meetings, and frankly wasn't that bright. She had difficultly understanding some basic financial matters related to the case. She was not a good advocate ... at all. After I fired her and found better representation, I won my case on the merits. I read the other review about her and I can say that I'm not surprised. Regarding the lengthy response from the firm ... what's the old saying, "the lady doth protest too much."
