My motorcycle accident was extremely traumatic and stressful, there were a lot of unknowns, all on top of a long and uncomfortable healing process. Shiver Hamilton, and Michael who represented me, took so many of those unknowns out of the equation and helped take so much of the emotional and logistic labor off of my wife and me, so that we could focus on getting back to normal. Michael made the whole process very easy, made himself available whenever we had questions, and prevented me from having to fight with a big insurance company. He went to bat to make sure we got not just the bare minimum, but the amount we needed to not have to worry about ongoing medical debt or transportation from the accident. Finally, I knew they were known for motorcycle accident representation, and now I understand why. I never felt shamed or made to feel poorly about the fact that I was a motorcyclist, or that my needs were less important than someone in a car, which is so important when dealing with a traumatic event, and unfortunately happens often with motorcycle accidents. I’ll be referring everyone I know who owns a motorcycle to Shiver Hamilton from now on!

After suffering the devastating loss of our only Daughter, we found ourselves lost and out of our comfort zone looking for answers. My wife was referred to Scott Campbell at Shiver Hamilton Campbell, and at our first meeting, Scott assured us he would find answers on how our Daughter was failed. He did not promise any representation, but committed the time to find the answers we would never have found ourselves. Soon after, Scott brought in Marla Eastwood, and they then pieced together all the documentation of the final three days of our Daughter's life, and they followed all the clues in the documentation of our Daughters medical records. Scott and Marla took the time and effort and found our Daughter was failed by numerous medical errors.  At that time Scott agreed to take her case. Scott returned every phone call promptly and conveyed all information thru either a phone call or a meeting in the office with a severely broken hearted and grieving family. We were educated, nurtured and were supported with true compassion in all aspects of our decision making. I have attended every disposition, and have witnessed his knowledge of the Law and the skills he displayed to get the answers that the doctors and nurses did not want to give. Nothing done can make our daughter's life return to us, but we do have a freedom that came knowing that because of Scott and Marla, Paralegal Jessica Vaquera and the rest of the team, we have the truth, answers and the knowledge that those responsible will remember Brianne's name.
