I was in an auto accident and Ben Avery took my case just before the statute of limitations was set to run out. He was very professional as was the staff and I was able to get the entire $250,000 limit. I highly recommend Ben Avery. Medicare needed to be reimbursed so money was escrowed to cover that expense. LATOSHA Giles, paralegal for Ben Avery, worked with them to get the amount owed reduced by over $6000.00. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of my dealings with them.
