I was involved in a car accident where the defendant was underinsured. The folks at Wood Craig Miller, LLC from the very beginning reassured me they would do everything possible to secure a reasonable settlement. They were fully engaged in the process, instructed me along the way when documents were needed and kept me informed as things were moving along. At first the folks at the insurance company -- the defendant, low balled me and WCM went to work by filing a law suit seeking far above what was offered. We went to mediation instead of a trial and my lawyer -- John Shultz Esquire went prepared to be a "bull dog" to obtain what eventually was a very reasonable offer/settlement. I would highly recommend WCM for your legal matters. If you are able to have John Shultz to represent you (make a point to ask for him and interview him) you'll be glad you did. One last comment, Karen Slater, John's para-legal is a tremendous asset to your team of legal experts!!! Lastly, i trust that i will never be involved in a car accident but if i am WCM is my first choice!!!
