Very poor communication, case has been “pending “ for over a year.. No results. No one even reaches out anymore they just say the same thing when I call.. How can an insurance company tell you they are not going to pay someone when their client is at fault. What is the point of having insurance and hiring a lawyer.. the only thing I got was more pain and more suffering. Wasted insurance money and time with this company. Please get me some better results and I will glady change this negative review

If you are ever in an accident and can't think right of which way is up or which way is down. These are the people for you, even better Brett Miller and his paralegal Monica, they literally work as an amazing team. Everyone is onboard and know exactly what is going on. Anytime I had a question about something during the process I was able to get ahold of someone who could break it down for me in a way that I could understand what was going on and unlike other firms they care, you are not just a number, you are as much as family as family. SIA and Sean are So awesome and they made sure I got the settlement I deserved , And made sure they kept me updated, SIA is the best , she worked my case to the bone and was very patient with me because sometimes I can be. Tad bit dramatic, lol but I Highly recommend.
