Naggiar & Sarif has an excellent reputation representing clients in divorce and custody matters. I would highly recommend David Sarif for all your Georgia family law needs.

First and foremost I want to thank David Sarif and Will Davis for getting my Divorce finalized today and for helping me retain custody of my daughter and keeping her safe. After almost 2 years of probably the most dramatic, intense, concerning and very difficult divorce I have ever experienced these two men and Firm got it done when most other firms couldn't. Both, David and Will worked incredible together as a team, there advice throughout were solid and spot on, but most important they listened to my concerns and Input throughout my case. If you want to keep your child/children safe in a divorce that involve mental illness or any troubling circumstance these two dynamic duo are HIGHLY recommended. MY DAUGHTER IS SAFE THANKS TO THEM. Even more incredible my daughter and I have retained our home and assets after deceitful attempts from the other side to take everything away from us Dave & Will fought hard and WE PREVAILED. Take my advice and Listen to them, they are very experienced and they know when to fight hard but more so they know how to FIGHT SMART and it works. They are also very ethical and wont cross lines as these other attorneys I experienced would, they fight fair and with facts and they WIN. Thank you David, Thank you Will. God Bless you both.

Stephen works very well with other professionals (CPAs, advisors, etc.) and does a fantastic job of keeping all parties informed. Often I would not be present for a meeting, and Stephen always provided a detailed summary of the meeting to keep everyone informed and on the same page. He is by far my firm's favorite attorney to work with in relation to our clients' "team" of professionals.

Stephen is extremely knowledgable about business and transactions matters that our company was struggling to navigate and through his help, our business is now in a better position than we ever would have expected. Stephen is very pleasant to work with and really cares about each of his clients. Worth every penny.

David was transparent and to the point with his knowledge and expertise helping me navigate through legal experiences I had not been through before. Attorney Stephen Vincent Bush is the WORST attorney that I have dealt with. He signed a contract with me to take my whole case and was paid in cash. This attorney abandoned my case and breached the contract. He even insulted me in his emails . He told me that he would leave my case and that is after he found a new Law firm and if I wanted to continue with him then I had to pay him 350 dollars per hour which is his new firm hourly rate. I paid him 1500 dollars plus court fees to take the whole case from A to Z and there was a written agreement so why would I pay him 350 per hour! Am not a US citizen and this attorney knows I wasn't residing in the US at the time he decided to leave my case. He sent the copy of motion for withdrawal to my US address so you can imagine that this would make me miss the 15 days given by the law to appose his motion for withdrawal and that is what I think is called a fraudulent act. I advise you to stay away form him. I am going to file a bar complaint against him and file malpractice suit also. This guy will ruine your case. The attorney received a judgment for defendant's failure to answer but refused to take the damages hearing although he promised in emails he was going to do the damages trial but after he was hired by this new law firm he decided to abandon my case unless I pay his law firm an hourly rate of 350 dollars. He also failed to request a no answer default judgment against the defendant for unknown reasons . He really damaged my case. I have to refile the case again and find a new attorney and lose more money. I am suffering because of him but will do whatever it takes to get my rights using legal procedures. He is LITERALLY the WORST attorney EVER. I rate him less than ZERO
