Shivers Hamilton Campbell I want to start by saying thank you again, Mr. Kyle Wallace 🙏🏾 I have to extend my appreciation to you sir for believing in me and taking my case. I am going to share a bit of my testimony with you all. In October of 2021 I was leaving from see my first grandson who was only a few months old. While driving home on a moped scooter down Donald Lee Holowell I had the green light a proceeded through. While going towards the intersection a car ran the light and plowed into me knocking off the scooter and unconscious for a while. Later getting to the hospital via ambulance I would find out my skull and eardrum were fractured. I then got a visit from APD issuing me a citation for not stopping for the turn signal (no signal I had the green light). Officer wouldn't listen to me told me just take the citation mind you I'm in unbearable pain. Well I was referred to Kyle Wallace and I told him my story and that I wouldn't lie to him. Mr. Wallace took a chance on me by me getting the citation and when I tell you HE himself went to the HOOD and found the evidence that cleared me. This law firm made sure that my medical bills were paid and no one would ever bother. But the BEST part is that I was compensated for life altering situation. Never in a million years did I think that I would need to call a lawyer but after my car accident, good thing I did! Jeff Shiver, Kyle Wallace, and Chloè Cruver are absolute Rockstars. I contacted Shriver Hamilton after a motorcycle accident last year. After first contact Jared called me back within the hour to talk about the accident . He was very concerned with my well being, how my family was affected and what the plan of action was going forward. There were some hurdles throughout the process but Jared worked tirelessly to make sure I was compensated for everything. We can’t recommend this law firm enough! I would caution against choosing Michaela Mericle as your attorney. My experience with her as an attorney was disappointing and costly. I found her communication regarding the legal process to be unclear, which left me feeling left in the dark and unsupported. Unfortunately, errors were made in handling my case, and I was billed for their correction. When I addressed these concerns with Ms. Mericle, her response was defensive, and I felt my feedback was not taken seriously. I noticed discrepancies in billing practices that raised questions about transparency and integrity. It seemed that Ms. Mericle's priorities may have been influenced more by financial gain than by providing effective legal representation and support. I would strongly advise exploring other options for legal representation.

The results speak for themselves. But as good as they are at what they do, the lawyers and paralegals at Shiver Hamilton Campbell are even better people. I have hired many lawyers over the years for business and personal needs. Kyle is the best attorney I have ever hired.
