I haven’t even settled yet and I’m regretting going with this law firm. Im in the process of waiting for an offer, which I know takes time. My issue is I’ve been calling leaving messages with their answering service to have someone call me back so that I could check the status on my case. It’s been 3 weeks and STILL have not gotten a call back. Again, I know stuff like this takes time, but at least have the common courtesy to give me a call back, especially if I’m only calling to get a status on my case. I’m thinking about dropping Bethune, and just hiring another attorney. This is ridiculous! Update: Please stay away from this law group! The absolute WORSE! So I went through with firing Bethune and hiring another law group to handle my case. Bethune is the most money hungry law firm I’ve dealt with in my life. I should’ve known to run when I found out I was pregnant back in May and could no longer continue my treatment. Bethune law firm suggested that I waited until January 2025 for me to have my baby, then continue my treatment. Today, I received an email with a copy of an attorney lien basically saying I owe them $5400 for doing absolutely NOTHING! Funny how when I was calling every week to get a status update on case, nobody would contact me back. Now they want money?? This is absolutely ridiculous! All they care about is All State cutting a check for the whole $100,000. Such a greedy a** law firm.

I was extremely happy with my experience with the Bethune law firm. I felt everyone I worked with took very special care of me and my needs (Sabrina, Julissa, and Rebecca), several times even assisting me with things that they were technically not responsible for, but they went out of their way to advocate for me and make things as stress free as possible during this process from my car being completely ruined, to dealing with the rental company, to my medical care process and bills, they were very helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. Working with them was very easy for me and gave me alot of confidence in choosing them to represent me. I would recommend the Bethune Law Firm 100% and if I ever have the need again, I know who I'm calling right away!

I was in an accident so I called Bethune and they were wonderful!!! My whole process took about 9 months. Everyone kept me up to date regarding my case I had no issues with anything they were very responsive to me whenever I reached out. This is a great law firm. If you are ever in an accident call them. This Law firm has me in debt from year 2021. I am receiving calls from credit bureaus regarding unpaid bills that should have been taken care of in 2022. "Please release these ppls monies out of your trust fund",,, this is unethical and detrimental to my character!!! I will be reaching out to BBB and the Bar!!!!!
