My accident was close to two years ago. I have heard proactively from them ONCE. All other times have been them responding to my calls. I still suffer financially; mentally and physically from this accident which left me in the Trauma center. This lawyer has not once asked how I'm doing in either of the above traumas. Not once. I'm terribly disappointed as I thought this was a Christian man as I heard the advertising for the firm on a Christian radio station. Perhaps, I was wrong. However, they do have time 2 redeem themselves as the SOL has yet 2 expire. If the situation and/or results change I will be fair and come back and amend the review but in the meantime; it's a no for me. I'm absolutely and thoroughly disappointed.

I hired me Bethune to be my lawyer although I never got a chance to talk to him no matter how many times I requested after being forced to deal with others as a third party between us I was never updated on my case and the only time I was ever heard is when I got upset I think he has more than he can handle the people that work for him are rude and have to remorse for the things they do and say they waited until my demand letter was suppose to be sent to finally let me out of contract knowing it was to late to find other representation and after sharing my story with others I hear they are just messed up all around

I hired Terrence Bethune as my personal injury attorney a year ago and was completely unsatisfied his company's unprofessionalism. I never knew what the status of my case was. I never received my medical bills or was allowed to see documents in my file. I never met him in person and I signed up at a chiropractors office. There was never any full disclosure of my case and my wife and I didn't appreciate that. I asked to receive my file and was put off. I was told that someone would call me regarding my concern and no one ever did. I fired them and took my case elsewhere, to a reputable firm. This firm needs to be investigated.
