This law firm is completely unprofessional, petty and rude. They have no respect for their clients and no care about there well being. Money is there only goal even if they have to take yours.

Worst law firm I have ever been apart of.. There not going to fight for you.. They just want to close as fast as possible and get the insurance money.. I lost so much in my case... I had very big injuries and didnt even get more that the 1/3 that bethune suppose to get.. Dont sign nothing with Bethune law firm they will not get you a big check... It atually wont even be fare.. They will get paid more than you..!!! Dont do it.!!!!!

Long process....hard to get any updates, you have to call them. Never did anyone in their office reach out about anything... understand they are a large firm but don't keep taking cases if you don't have the staff to handle them....ALSO they make you leave a 5 star review before leaving there office at the conclusion of your case....didn't think that was good customer service..(allow me to leave a review if choose to) because of that I edited my stars.

My experience with Bethune Law firm has been phenomenal. If ever you need a lawyer for personal injury you HAVE TO CALL BETHUNE; I Know I will 🙂

They do not do what they say in ads I have an open case. I always have to call to find out whats going on they hardly call u back I guess my case at makin them no money Smdh

BEWARE! Only person getting a big check is Bethune. Poor to no customer service, they never pick up the phone, I’m constantly talking with a call forwarding service. After 2 years of wasting my time they said come pick up my check, without me agreeing to the amount! I now suffer from permanent back injury and my car was totaled out I’m going to hospital over my back injury paying out of pocket by the way he only gave me a 5K check like are you serious? I’m permanently injured, my disc in my spine is budging out and I’m having muscle spasm, plus 24/7 back pain . But they don’t care and on top of all this Bethune law firm have the nerve to take majority of the settlement. Scam beware of these radio lawyers
