Everyone was great at Bethune law firm!!!

My case finally settled!!!! It’s been a year, but with Bethune’s professionalism and hard work it felt shorter. Everyone I dealt with was professional and amazing and cared about my well-being. They worked with me when I had to move, and always kept in touch. #AfterYouGetHitHitBethune

I strongly dislike the lack of communication with this law firm. Every time I've called reps take my information and say you'll receive a return call by the end of day or someone will follow up with you. Return calls take more than a few days most of the time I have to call back and after expressing my frustration then i get a return call only to be told nothing with no details about my case it's a cycle. Too many years has passed for them not to have any information or updates. The fact that I am still even dealing with this and the Bethune law firm has not provided any information is ridiculous and unprofessional.
