Please beware of this law firm they write bad settlement checks! I have a friend they wrote a check and it bounced after several months of waiting to settle,

I’ve read a few reviews and I too chose them fast after an accident. However, I’m am not dissatisfied with them. They have worked on my case and Sabrina has kept in pretty good contact with me. What I think people should understand is that these lawyers are representing hundreds of clients in multiple counties. I use to get frustrated when it took a while to call back but then I realized with as many clients as they deal with, if they have no serious update then we all shouldn’t be upset. How do we expect them to call us every second of the day and still work on our cases. I’m waiting on my settlement and as of now I have no complaints. I understand the business and I understand the process and I’m pleased with Bethune law firm so far.

Long story short this has been the longest gruesome experience I’ve ever had to deal with - since March of 2021. After all the run around for appointments and realizing how much of a waste of my time this case ended up being I decided to settle for whatever it was that I could so it can be all behind me. Received a payment offer via email two months ago (nobody ever bothers to call you with updates or anything) and accepted yet still waiting to hear back on when I will receive payment. It’s really strange to me how long it takes to receive payment when dealing with lawyers and lawsuits I may just not know the process. But what I do know is that in the future I will accept offers directly from the insurance company instead of the hassle with trying to sue for minor injuries etc. insurance companies have you paid literally the next day and the case is closed. If you don’t mind years of being dragged along with false promises or predictions then this is surely the place for you.
