I would like to start by saying “Bethune Law Firm” is the one! They handled my case with from beginning to end in a wonderful & outstanding fashion. Everyone I spoke to throughout the process was respectful and patient. Not only that they made sure there were no worries about anything on my end. The absolute worst representation someone could receive. No communication, no follow ups at all. They represent you as if you are the opposition- not their client! They absolutely do not care. They have had my case for over a year and it’s literally had no movement, attorneys do not think that you’re important enough to speak with you regarding your case, instead they have a case manager- whatever that means, call you and string you along with BS. If I could give them no stars I would.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst lawyer services I could have ever imagined. PLEASE DO NOT LET THOSE COMMERCIALS FOOL YOU! I went to Bethune to support my community. The process took well over 2 years to complete with minimal contact. The docs were excessive and took the majority of the settlement. The staff always redirected every question I had and made me feel that they were inadequately informed of my case. I was so glad when it was over just for it to be over. I was dissatisfied with the entire process from start to finish.
