About a year ago my whole life changed in the flash of an eye. Luckily a few months after that flash I met Nola. She swooped and changed my life again, giving me hope that there was something good coming at the end of the tunnel. Sure enough, she walked me hand in hand out that dark tunnel to a bright future. Mike is the Best Lawyer, that's not just something that I throw around. I had a very complicated case, Mike explained everything very well to my wife and I, and how this process ACTUALLY works! The thoroughness, professionalism, winner's mentality, etc. Is all true and very good, however what I appreciated the most was -1st. HONESTY, he was not going to nor allow lies to enter this case and he's willing to call you out on it! -2nd. Availability, most Lawyers would talk to you initially and then hand you over to the paralegal. Mike was available even in the middle of the night!!! -3rd. Accountability, You can count on motions, filings, etc. to be done right and on time! -4th. THE LOVE, My wife and I felt the love and care from the moment we stepped through the door! Mr. John Houghton and his team helped us navigate through our first ever case. There was always a quick response and he took the time to explain every step of the way. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give because THIS Law Firm truly deserves it! For over a year I was with an accident attorney that I just wasn't happy with (not returning my calls, not keeping me up to date on my case, sending me to a chiropractor that was hussling me out of my money) and that just didn't have my best interestat at heart. My mom came across an article, from THIS Law Firm, on "Firing your Attorney" (or something like that🤔) and sent it to me. I read it and decided to give them a call. I was connected to Chris Simon himself🙂. He went above and beyond assisting me with my situation. He patiently listened to me and was very detailed with how I should move forward to handle my case. It is my opinion that if you have been hurt in an accident, especially one that changes your life forever, there is no other legal team you should consider than Werner Law. My family and I never felt like we were just another file on their desk to be addressed whenever the attorney's time permitted. Nola and Mike listened well, researched, investigated and left no stone unturned. They then executed a plan of action expeditiously. I couldn't be happier with my outcome for my personal injury case with Houghton Law Firm. John fought to the end to ensure I received max compensation possible with the variables in the case. He treated me with kindness, understanding, and had my best interests at heart. But was a bulldog against the defense. Being hit by a semi truck, it is an emotional situation and you need someone who can have your back against the defense. The PowerPoint he created to show the defense blew me away. He definitely put a lot of time into this and his knowledge to throw off the defense was incredible.
