Christopher Simon and his team are absolute LIFE SAVERS! I was involved in a motor vehicle accident, and though I was not at fault I was very negligent in handling my case on my own. I ignored my medical bills, failed to submit them to insurance and overall pushed my responsibilities to the side due to depression following my accident. Pretty soon I realized that I was in a messy situation. I had nearly reached the statute of limitations for submitting my claims, and I was being sued for unpaid medical bills. This was the moment I felt I needed legal counsel. A friend of mine recommended Chris Simon to me; she too had been involved in a messy MVA previously. All I can say is that I should have called him sooner. He immediately took charge; I barely had to lift a finger. He was incredibly friendly, understanding and didn't waste time in doing his job. His legal assistants communicated with me every step of the way and were so easily accessible to me. All I really expected from Attorney Simon was to handle the payment of my medical bills so that I wouldn't get sued. You can imagine my joy when he not only met those expectations, but actually got me a SETTLEMENT CHECK too!!! I was so grateful. Car accidents are already so tough on the people involved; to get some money back was a huge relief for me. I pray to never be involved in another accident but if I am, Chris Simon and his team will be my first call. I have actually referred a couple of friends to him since my case closed and they have ALL raved about how well he's represented them. I wouldn't even give one star if I could write this without it! me and my family was in a car accident a couple months ago and i looked at the reviews so I thought ok I'll go with these guys! Worst mistake of my life!!! I had Harrison and he literally did nothing!!! he didn't communicate with me like he should of and he literally killed my case because he didnt get me in the doctor until a month later and to top it off he didn't even send the legal papers to the insurance to let them know he was representing me!!! So I would advise anyone to look more into who you choose to represent u! I wish I had of!

Would I recommend the Simon Law Firm? Yes, I would in a heartbeat, and here is why. My husband and daughter were injured in a motor vehicle accident in 2014, no fault of theirs, my husband required surgery (rotator cuff was completely severed) and my daughter missed an entire year of school due to a closed head injury. From the moment of the accident to approximately 2 weeks after the accident, I made every mistake I possibly could have, while speaking to the other insurance company, by doing what the hospital told me to do with the insurance companies (they were looking out for themselves and not my family), I did not know any different. My wife and I were hit by a tractor trailer in 2014. After extensive research online, we were deeply impressed with the various reviews we read on Google and Avvo and chose Chris to represent us. During this process, I discovered that Chis is a highly respected member of his field and his familiarity and relationships with his fellow attorneys, insurance companies, and mediators were critical in getting our cases settled quickly. He had extensive experience as a defense attorney representing trucking insurance companies, so he knows how the game is played on both sides. His firm is also reasonable on how much they charge their clients and their fees are very transparent. I hope I never have to go through this kind of experience again but, if I did, I would not choose anyone else except Chris and his firm on my side.

I first inquired with Mr. Simon in October 2015 after dealing with an unresponsive lawyer. This was my first accident and I was very confused and afraid on which way to turn. He provided me with his accident guide and recommended that I move forward with making an attempt to settle the claim on my own without the use of a lawyer. I terminated my lawyer the next day and diligently followed the steps in his accident guide . I requested my own medical records and used the various letter templates provided in the guide. I'm now happy to say that a settlement was reached with the at fault insurer and we came within $200 of my requested demand. Thank you very much Chris for the guidance and your honesty!! Now that I was able to save money and settle this on my own , I am now helping my coworker put together his claim package for a recent rear end collision similar to mines.

I would highly recommend Chris Simon to anyone seeking legal advice. My fiancé and I were hit by a drunk driver over a year ago and was referred to Mr. Simon by a close friend.
