Arthur and his team did a great job with a case that others had turned down. He worked with us and gave us straight answers and options every step of the way. We were pleasantly surprised at the outcome of our case. I would highly recommend the York Firm to anyone looking for a lawyer and firm that will fight for you and your family members. I especially appreciated that Arthur has worked “on the other side of the table” for insurance companies, so he has great insight into how to best deal with them.

I live in Florida, but needed to hire an Atlanta attorney due to my trip and fall injury that occurred at a venue there requiring me to have shoulder surgery. I couldn’t have had a better one. He was kind and compassionate towards me, but tough and thorough when working my case. He went above and beyond to fight for me. Those are the qualities that you need in an attorney. I can’t say enough good things about him. I would highly recommend him.

In 2018, I was struck by a automobile while riding my bike. I contacted Arthur shortly afterward. I could not be happier with my representation by Arthur. He was doggedly determined to get me the best settlement. Throughout the process, Arthur stayed in constant touch with me, continuing to update me on the process.
