As usual, C & B was excellent!

We had our closing handled by this law firm. They were always so professional and timely in all their communications and instructions. We actually worked with them 2 years ago for our other house that we sold. This time we were buying a house. However we were buying a fixer upper so there were a lot of unknowns and last minute adjustments by the underwriter for our loan. Campbell and Brannon handled all these situations effectively. They never lost patience with us or our lender even though things were changing till almost to the last hour. Nikki patiently communicated information even if I needed her to send something that she may have already sent. When we got to the closing Justin handled the last bit of signing with such a positive spirit and a sense of humor. He put us at ease and helped us enjoy the moment of buying our dream house.

Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve closed with them before and things went pretty smooth. Now when I’m choosing a closing attorney and called to inquire information. Extremely rude and disrespectful front desk person was not even hiding that he is annoyed with the questions I’m asking. Nit only didn’t he provided any useful answers but also ended the conversation with “I don’t have time with providing you with a quote, I’m extremely busy, call back after the first”. Absolutely unacceptable attitude, considering that none of the website cost calculators are working. I can’t even imagine working with someone with this kind of attitude on real estate transactions.

I love this firm and all the attorneys. They make the home purchase so smooth for my clients. All the drama stays behind the scenes and they just gitter done!!
